C M Taylor

C M Taylor has travelled across Uttar Pradesh on a horse and cart. He has fallen through a museum's roof and been verbally abused by Run DMC. Two of his finest achievements are jumping over five plastic barrels on his push bike and inventing a new hair style - the nohican, a mohican with the stripe of hair converted into a bald line. He refers to all types of food as "pie".

He has had dysentery and pneumonia at the same time; sold wicker laundry baskets door to door; and made Windsor Davis laugh. His earliest memory is coming back from the launderette in a blizzard with his mum.

Taylor's first published work was the un-official school magazine, Pope In A Purple Lycra Jump-suit, distributed for free on the school field and banned by Mr Dart, the mutton-chopped deputy head, after only three editions. His nicknames have included Tegs, Tez, Tezlor, Darth Taylor, Tails, and Take-a.

Tezlor took a Cambridge first in Social Anthropology. He has friends called Sy, The Master, Fonseca, Longshanks, Donkey, Tombola, Kernow, KJ and Roo.
